With Andrei Fernández, Demóstenes Toribio
Conversation and workshop
with Andrei Fernández and Demóstenes Toribio
Based on the attempt to translate four words from the Wichí language: Tayhi, Layik, Lawuk, Lawhäy, which refer to a people’s territory, weaving, belonging and time, Andrei Fernández and Demóstenes Toribio will propose to discuss the untranslatable, the incomprehensible that becomes present in the encounter with another. By encountering the abundance and complexity of meaning and feeling contained in these words, they invite the participants to let their imagination expand and explore what is possible.
In Spanish with consecutive translation into English.
