With Dror Feiler
Voices Festival is an international platform for contemporary performing arts and music, founded in 2023 and based in Berlin. This year, the festival takes place from October 24 to November 16 at various venues across the city and features productions with artists from over 20 countries.
For the first time, the Artists-in-Berlin Program is also partnering with the festival. The opening concert on October 24 at Radialsystem will be performed by the current Music & Sound fellow, Dror Feiler. Together with Blixa Bargeld, Mats Lindström, and seven musicians from the Zafraan Ensemble, he will present the world premiere of “No Sound Is Innocent XIII,” a piece in which Bargeld’s epigrams, inspired by Bertolt Brecht’s War Primer, are interwoven with Feiler’s music and interpreted by Bargeld.
In addition, part of the Voices Berlin Festival’s discussion program will take place at the daadgalerie. The complete program and tickets can be found on the festival website.
