In the third edition of our new series at daadgalerie, we will be Listening with Jiyoung Yoon (Visual Arts Fellow 2023). Initiated by Okkyung Lee (Music & Sound Fellow 2025), these sessions focus not on theoretical reflections about music but on the joy of listening itself: coming together and listening collectively.

Jiyoung Yoon – whose exhibition Seeing Things the Way We See the Moon is on view at  daadgalerie until 4 January 2026 – will share from the comfort of our cozy couch, which tracks accompany her studio practice and whether silicone heads prefer psychedelic rock, electronica, or noise. Moderated by Sebastian Dürer.
