The film was shot in Greece and tells the story of two rival dancers: Cibuqueira and Karukera, played by Thomias Radin and Andrege Bidiamambu. Over the course of the film, we see the dancers’ uncertain journey as migrants in a foreign country in search of their identity. Greece as a country of migration serves as the backdrop – with scenes shot on the sea, at bus stations, in administrative buildings, museums, on the rooftops of Athens, in modest apartments, by day and by night. The two adversaries dance in their shared search for belonging and find each other through movement as a common language.
