FELLOWS AND ALUMNI*AE IN JULY

The Haus der Kunst in Munich is presenting new works by Ars Viva Prize winner Helena Uambembe (Fellow 2023). The Hamburger Kunsthalle is honoring two significant artists from the post-Soviet space with the dual exhibition Edi Hila | Thea Djordjadze; Albanian artist Edi Hila was a BKP Fellow in 2019. Hamburg’s city curator, Joanna Warsza, is showcasing works by Agnes Denes (Fellow 1978) and Małgorzata Mirga-Tas (Fellow 2022) in From the Cosmos to the Commons – Between Stars and Signals at the Planetarium. And there is good news beyond the borders as well: Fiston Mwanza Mujila (Fellow 2024) has been awarded the Franz Nabl Prize by the City of Graz. We also congratulate Memory BiwaZoncy HeavenlySteve McQueenMilica Tomic and Helena Uambembe on their participation in the Berlin Biennale!
