Malin Bång’s “palinode” sings the praises of changes taking place in Berlin’s urban landscape – acts of destruction that allow the city to breathe and give it fresh impetus. Three objects, found by Bång at various sites currently undergoing transformation, are used as a starting point of a composition for the ensemble mosaik: objects from the Rummelsburger Bucht, Mauerpark and Tacheles symbolize a city constantly reinventing itself through friction and conflict.
